Is there a deposit to hold our date?
Yes, we offer deposit choice to hold your date all events required deposit Deposit is a percentage of total cost.
Can I change my design later?
Yes, up to 30 to 60 days of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are always nonrefundable. Any payment may after deposit is refundable up to 30 days of event, dependent on circumstances at percentage will be refunded
How does billing work?
We accept several forms of payment methods, Apple Pay, cash app, chime, Venmo, Zelle, credit and debit cards, may only be used up to 30 to 60 days of your event depending on event
How do I make changes my event?
Please contact one of our employees for further details in regards to making any changes as each event varies.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can. Our clients receive a detailed invoice before making first initial deposit payment. This comes after initial consultation.
